Traffic quality standards
For demand sources:
- Minimum bid rate: 30% of received requests
- Sustained no-bid rate above 70% may result in QPS reduction
- Valid win rates: 5–40% of submitted bids
- Timeout rate must remain below 5% (circuit breaker threshold)
For supply sources:
- Real human traffic only
- No incentivised views without prior written approval
- Accurate content categories and genre metadata
- Valid domain/bundle identifiers — spoofing results in immediate termination
QPS limits
| DSP tier | Default QPS | Increase request |
|---|---|---|
| Early Adopter | 1,000 | After 30 days live |
| Standard | 2,500 | Contact support |
| Premium | 5,000 | Negotiated |
| Enterprise | 10,000+ | Contact us |
QPS increases require 48 hours notice. Excess traffic is throttled (HTTP 429).
Sanctions and geographic compliance
Nucleus AI Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore and complies with applicable sanctions regulations, including those administered by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the United Nations Security Council, and — where relevant to our partners — the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and EU restrictive measures.
Our approach:
- Transparent geography: All bid requests include the end user’s country and region derived from IP address, as required by OpenRTB. We do not obscure, proxy, or alter user geography. DSPs are responsible for applying their own geographic compliance filters.
- Partner screening: We perform due diligence on all demand sources, supply sources, and platform partners prior to onboarding. We do not transact with entities on applicable sanctions lists.
- Monitoring: Traffic from regions subject to international sanctions is flagged and monitored. We reserve the right to suspend or block traffic from any geography or partner if we determine a compliance risk.
- No facilitation: We do not knowingly facilitate transactions that would violate applicable sanctions, including indirect transactions routed through intermediaries to circumvent restrictions.
Partner obligations:
- Partners must not route traffic through intermediaries to obscure its true geographic origin
- Partners must promptly disclose any changes to their ownership structure or beneficial ownership that could affect sanctions compliance
- Partners operating in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions must obtain prior written approval

Enforcement
Violations result in:
| Severity | Action |
|---|---|
| Minor (first offence) | Warning + required remediation |
| Moderate | Temporary account suspension (24–72 hours) |
| Severe | Permanent termination |
| Fraud / illegal activity | Immediate termination + law enforcement referral |
Appeals: Email [email protected] within 14 days of a suspension notice.
Policy updates: 30 days notice via email for material changes.
