Getting Started — Supply Partners

Connect your inventory to Praevis and start monetising in minutes. Praevis supports VAST tags (for ad servers like SpringServe, GAM, FreeWheel) and direct RTB (OpenRTB 2.5 for programmatic server-to-server).

Who is this for?

Step 1: Create your supply source

1. Log in to exchange.praevis.com
2. Go to Supply → Add Publisher
3. Fill in name, domain, and inventory type
4. Click Save — note your Publisher ID (UUID)

Step 2: Choose your integration

VAST tag (recommended for ad servers)

Build your tag URL:

https://rtb.praevis.com/vast?site_id={PUBLISHER_ID}&w={WIDTH}&h={HEIGHT}&ip={IP}&ua={UA}

Step 3: Join an inventory pool

Pools control which DSPs can bid on your inventory. By default you are in the Default Pool, which includes all active DSPs.

Step 4: Verify your domain

After your first auction, add the Praevis seller entry to your ads.txt (web) or app-ads.txt (CTV/mobile):

praevis.com, YOUR_PUBLISHER_ID, DIRECT, abc123

Checklist before go-live

• Supply source created in dashboard
• VAST tag or RTB integration tested → getting valid responses
• Fill rate > 0% in sandbox
• ads.txt or app-ads.txt updated with Praevis entry
• Content metadata (genre, title) passing through if CTV inventory
• Floor price reviewed (default: $0.50 CPM)
